New Mail​

  • Create New Mail - Create a new mail (new ticket) internally from the system. It shows only the assigned customers in the customer dropdown.

Inbox​

  • Inbox mails - Inbox menu shows only the incomming mails separately (like gmail, outlook) from the assigned customers email.

Sent Item​

  • Sent mails - Sent Item menu shows only the sent emails separately (like gmail, outlook) which is send by the user.
